1. Who we are
This website is operated by Neurova Digital ("we", "us"). Contact: sales@neurovadigital.com.
2. Agreement
By using this website or buying from us you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refunds policy, Delivery policy and the Software License Terms.
3. Products
We sell downloadable, self-hosted software platforms (such as EcommSuite, CafeSuite and SocialSuite), optional monthly plans, and related services such as platform setup. You receive a license key and download access. You are licensed to use the software as set out in the Software License Terms; you do not acquire ownership of our source code.
4. Prices, GST and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). Where GST applies, it is included in the price shown and itemised on your tax invoice. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers (such as Stripe or PayPal); we do not store full card numbers. Orders are fulfilled after payment succeeds. If you pay in another currency, your bank or card provider may apply conversion fees.
5. Monthly plans and founding offers
Where a product shows an ongoing monthly amount, that amount is charged to your nominated payment method each month from the date of purchase until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by contacting us; cancellation stops future charges. Promotional or founding prices apply only as described on the product page at the time of purchase.
6. Accounts
You must give accurate registration details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
7. License and acceptable use
Software is licensed per key and activation domain. Redistribution, resale of license keys, or use beyond your licensed activation is not permitted unless we agree in writing.
8. Hosting and support
Our platforms run on hosting you choose and control. Support is provided through our support channels and product documentation. We are not responsible for outages or data loss caused by third-party hosting, and you are responsible for keeping backups.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the ACL or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, and except for the guarantees that cannot be excluded, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue or data. Where our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee can lawfully be limited (for example, for goods or services not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use), it is limited to supplying the goods or services again, or paying the cost of having them supplied again.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws in force in Australia.
