How we collect it
Directly from you when you register, buy, contact us or use our software; automatically through cookies and server logs when you use this site; and from our payment providers when they confirm a payment.
Why we use it
To fulfil orders, issue license keys, provide downloads and updates, validate activations, send transactional emails, provide support, prevent fraud, meet our legal and tax obligations, and improve our website and products. If you agree, we may also send you product news; you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed with service providers who help us run the business, such as payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), our web hosting and email providers, and analytics and advertising tools we use on this site, or where required by law.
Overseas disclosure
Some of these providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries where they operate. We take reasonable steps to make sure they handle it consistently with Australian privacy law.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to run the cart and checkout. If we enable analytics or advertising tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads or Meta Pixel), they may set cookies to measure visits and the performance of our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; essential features may not work without them.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep order and tax records for as long as the law requires (generally five years in Australia) and other information only for as long as we need it.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you by emailing sales@neurovadigital.com. If you have a privacy complaint, please contact us first and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
