Digital delivery only
Everything we sell is delivered digitally. Nothing is posted, so there are no shipping fees and no physical delivery times.
When you receive your purchase
- As soon as payment is confirmed, your license key and download appear in Account → Downloads, and we email you a confirmation.
- Your download is a ZIP package pre-configured for the install domain you enter at checkout, with step-by-step install instructions inside.
- Redownloads are free and always give you the latest published version while your license is active.
Services
Services such as platform setup are delivered remotely. We will contact you by email after purchase to arrange timing and any access we need.
Not received?
If you cannot see your download or confirmation email within one hour of paying, check your spam folder, then email sales@neurovadigital.com with your order number and we will sort it out.
Customers outside Australia
You can buy from anywhere. Prices are charged in Australian dollars (AUD); your bank may apply currency conversion fees.
