Product Personalizer — EcommSuite plugin

After purchase

1. At checkout, enter the website domain where you will install EcommSuite (e.g. shop.yourbusiness.com.au).
2. Download your personalised ZIP from Account → Downloads (license key and domain are pre-configured). Redownloads are free and always use the latest published version.
3. In cPanel → File Manager, open your domain’s Document Root, upload the ZIP, and Extract so install.php lands next to your site files.
4. Do not extract a different product ZIP into this domain — that mixes products and breaks the site.
5. Create a MySQL database + user in cPanel → MySQL Databases (ALL PRIVILEGES). Use the full prefixed names.
6. Open https://yourdomain/install.php — if a detail is wrong you will see an error on that page (not a blank 500). Site URL and license are pre-filled from your purchase file when present.
7. After install: delete or rename install.php, sign in at /admin/login.php, and use Go live to switch from Coming soon when ready.

Updates: Admin → Updates in your installed EcommSuite (backup first).
